I currently live in the home while the back room (large Florida room with bathroom and back door entrance), is being rented out.

The crazy thing is that our side will have the nicer entrance.

Many homes there have unfinished basements with a separate entrance that could be ideal for STR.

It’s totally separate, kitchen, entrance, laundry room etc..I always rented it to someone I knew with no lease and I just include all utilities and cable/internet.

The front entrance is adorned with Caribbean fruits such as mangos, green plantains, naseberries, oranges, limes, ackees, and coconuts.

Property is a single family home but has a finished basement complete with a second kitchen and separate entrance through the garage.

The fourPlex that I’m currently looking at was bought as a duplex 15 years ago but they Converted it into a fourPlex with two studios however they never added any additional square feet just closed off some walls and added exterior entrances but the city appraiser office shows it as a two unit not a four unit not sure if I should be worried

I just got one of my first leads off of a bandit sign I placed on a tree in the entrance of a grocery store (for other new investors who use bandit signs).

But I've split it up into two units, and I live in the upper unit, and rent out the lower unit. of course I did the conversion myself, with a separate entrance and so I have money invested in the renovation of the property.

Maybe you sell them all and regroup.. if you want rentals in the OR WA market SFR's are tough you will want to buy plex's or small multi those will cash flow with 20% down.. unless you buy a niche property .. and maybe your property across from Nike is just that.I am thinking maybe you bought in that development straight out the front entrance to Nike the tall 3 story small lot project..
