@JD Martin just a heads up, someone seeming like a PITA tenant might be clear to you, bur they COULD try to claim discrimination if you dont give then a valid legal reason why they were denied.

As an example, with multiple deals, we normally close cash deals within 1 month, sometimes as quickly as 2 weeks.... we tried to do 1 deal with the bank, it took almost 3 months, and at the very last minute-- the bank denied it.
