1) Hold out for 30 more days, and take the cat to an animal shelter. 2) Bargain with scammer to sign off on the trash in exchange for the cat. 3) Transfer trash to some other storage area, and take the cat to an animal shelter.I'm sure you weren't serious about that threat, but if you are it would be something you would regret.

Get a copy of your state landlord tenant laws.Start the eviction process, Threats of her filing a lien on property is threat, anyone can file a lien, but the judge hearing the case will need proof of what she's filing for and at this point I doubt she get that.How are utilities being continued,, I'd personally see if you can limit or shut them down.

Even if they could pierce the corporate veil my personal house and a few other businesses items are protected that way.There is a lot of litigious people out there and unfortunately some shyster attorneys who use threats and intimidation to get money from folks like landlords who have not done anything wrong but had someone get hurt on their property.

Day 5 you present 3-day notice (expires THREE business days after posting)...if you expire that and file in court you are headed to eviction, most of my threats to evict get paid or put on payment plans (so the 3-day notice is an important document not to be delayed).IF on day 10 you accept $100 as in the example above you have nullified your 3-day posted on the 5th...totally agreeing with Andrew there.

If you do not, look into Hired & Non-Owned coverage as part of your BOP or PackageOther coverage that may be applicable are Cyber Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Professional Liability, etc. depending o your situation.
