Yes, tenants stuff disposals with junk and clog them and they can add too much soap to the dishwasher, not tell you it's leaking, etc.

Leave instructions on how it is used (ie no dish soap) and a small box of dishwasher detergent or some dishwasher pods, so they can see what to use.

If there is you could comprise with tenant and offer to allow the dogs with you paying the higher insurance costs for a rent increase to compensate you for the extra costs.Before making this offer I would inspect the property and make sure the pets aren't causing any damage and aren't aggressive acting.
