MY #1 question is what town is this in as IMO this could be a deal breaker..The other stuff can be remedied, IE. landlord paying heat can easily be seperated to give you a better ROI.Taxes while high by comparison countrywide are actually very reasonable for a 3 unit here in NJ.IF you are going FHA I guess you are going to occupy?
