So get liquid and get to know people who are liquid because the debt markets are going to punish valuations in a big way starting in Q2 2025  its happening now to many trying to refi Multi.. 

I am a GC evaluating building 3 unit row homes on city owned lots.  Cost to build: $280-$300K, 10 year tax abatement from city.  Has anyone done this?  How did you finance?
