BP had an interesting article: https://www.biggerpockets.com/...The barrier to entry may be a little higher than the Ohio market, but having Casinos, the Gulf of Mexico, Keesler Air Force Base, the Seabee base, and Stennis Space Center make this more appealing to me than the other budget markets.
