And make sure that if he entered into a 3 year contract with me that he would not be having to pursue foreclosure or take back a property in even more distress than it already was.Over a beer, I explained to the seller how much I had learned managing properties throughout college; and although I did not have much financially, my credit was excellent and he was welcome to pull that information from the bureaus if it would help in his decision.

There are plenty of highly responsible pet owners who take care of their pets, and make sure that their pets are well-trained and well-behaved...and then, there are also deadbeats who simply have no business owning a pet at all, and their pets are disasters waiting to happen...How much liability comes with the pet?

I've been shopping Zillow/Trulia/you-name-it for daily updates on a duplex in a relatively safe neighborhood in the suburbs north of Minneapolis/St.Paul (think Roseville, Shoreview, Como area) but I seem to be having trouble finding decent properties that are not in relatively safe areas.
