So, updating a 1940s ranch is a perfectly reasonable sounding thing to do.

I'd probably replace it with the same flooring as the bedroom for a cleaner & updated look.

Thanks Kim, If I were to install them I would go with the card/app ones but thinking it over I feel as if I would be trying to squeeze to much from my tenants, just going to go with updated an updated washer and dryer and not charge them.

The place looks like it needs the roof replaced, interior needs an update, outside would need to replace some wood planks to be replaced.

These updates modernized the property, improved its curb appeal, and significantly increased its market value.

But again, even I went with a new build as there are always pros and cons.That being said, some of my clients go with the existing build route, as they know the previous owners typically have already made the necessary repairs/updates that the builder skipped out on.
