Seeking To Redeem Family Property Due To Back Taxes
Hello & thank you in advance for your expertise & input. BiggerPockets is an amazing platform and inspired me further to dive into long-term rental idea. This property is a townhouse and has no mortgage. However, as the title states, it needs to be redeemed from back taxes, roughly 10k. Additionally, it needs to be filed in probate court. The goal is to renovate and rent it out for $1100 or more a month. I'm new and understand reserves will be required until it can be rented. Would love to know what course of action would be the best and most effective strategy.
