We should grab a drink and talk shop...

Well shortly after buying the home I started having troubles with an employee (drinking on the job).

jim --haha too funny...for those of you who don't know, jim and i met through biggerpockets and are currently flipping a home together...soon it'll be finished, sold, and jim and i will be posting the pics and success story over a few drinks while in vegas :)don--yes this is one of those 'artsy' areas :) they seem to be in high demand to a good pool of buyers..young professionals with clean credit, strong income, and not many debts are getting fha financing pretty easy over in my area...there is a dishwasher to the left of the oven..can you make it out from the pics??

In return I'll be the designated driver since I don't drink.

The commie-pinko greenie weenies (No offense to any here, just playin') say that copper has natural anti-microbal properties and is healthier than CPVC, which might impart toxins into your drinking water.

I also don't drink and plan on showing up a day early as well.

When/if I see you at the bar, your next drink is on me.

On multiple occasions I've let them know about great deals; only to see them under contract within days.Guess you can lead a horse to water but can't make it drink!

These type of people LOVE to loiter, hanging out, drink, not work... basically they are really good at existing.

Energy drinks will be in full supply for me.
