I've been reading about Residual Land Value to determine if a piece of property is reasonably priced. 

My question is would it be beneficial to do a cash out refinance and reinvest into more properties or ride out till property is paid off and collect residual income?

Generally they likely break-even is what I'm finding.We help folks earn residual income to then accelerate them buying passive income properties and we are seeing break-even in Vancouver mainly.

So there’s no number for me, but the goals would be to be free of any debts I intend to take on by 40-45years old and have enough assets with residual income to live a nice lifestyle and be able to finance my future endeavors from my own income.

While I think everyone has their own idea of what wealth is, personally I would feel much wealthier knowing I have a residual income stream coming in month after month.
