@Hogan Ch not sure I  understand your question but for my personal goals, I want to scale and grow and refinancing properties is a way to do this.

I still have a lot to learn and hoping to connect with others to grow!

I personally only BRRRR in Columbus since the larger growth is here with big companies launching here and areas growing very fast. 

I would love to meet up with local people to start networking to help us grow.  

The only thing I can do know is grow the company some more to get the cash flow to fund a better system!

Plus it takes 6 weeks for new sod to establish (for roots from sod to grow into the ground).
