We have had long heat waves here in the Midwest this summer.

I don't plan on selling my Seattle home, Im riding a wave. like 7-16% property value increases annually and great income.

People who have not experienced managing apartments where crime creeps in should realize that we who have are on a different wave length.

Prior to renewal and at any time the red flags start waving, i.e.

I had issues with bookkeeper not giving me financial paperwork I would ask for a President who was not only not involved but has not paid dues since 2015. a Vice President who dont wanna make waves with the President or another owner who thinks she is in charge because she own 5 units.  

So we're on similar wave lengths about what I want.  

He was very much reminding me of my late grandfather, or my current FIL, when they start waving there arms and complaining, thinking the things should work the way he thinks and anything else is wrong.

Yes based on the situation you may get bank/credit card fees waved but their are systems in place to monitor when that happens and stop customers trying to take advantage of that.
