also our local newspaper just had a story that the city is actually showing rising home costs for the first time in over 10 years, so I'm thinking it's about time to pull the trigger on something, this is not a town that gets news like this very often, but it seems more chains are considering moving in so people are seeing opportunity here.

Wayne County has a search engine that you have to enter either a case number or a last name to search with.It seems like the only option to find leads on my own in Wayne County is to reference the newspaper each week and document the names of people that pass away, then search for them over a period of time on the county's computer system.This option isn't very appealing to me, and feels downright morbid.Is there any other way to find the names or case numbers of filings that I can use to search the system to obtain my own probate leads?

To be safe, you may wish to:- sell the property at a public sale- publish notice of the sale in a prominent place, including a newspaper with daily, local circulation, and-send the tenant a final notice that states where and when you will sell the property.If the tenant owes you money for back rent, property damage, or reasonable storage costs -- and the tenant’s security deposit didn’t cover everything -- you can take the balance out of the sale proceeds.
