To all the property agents, What do you think is the best place (agent's website, another popular site, newspaper, brochures etc) to advertise property and which one generate the most enquiries ?

also our local newspaper just had a story that the city is actually showing rising home costs for the first time in over 10 years, so I'm thinking it's about time to pull the trigger on something, this is not a town that gets news like this very often, but it seems more chains are considering moving in so people are seeing opportunity here.

then if the bank office news paper etc do a really good job I send a box of chocolate covered strawberries, a gift card, or something nice to their office once in a while. 

Wayne County has a search engine that you have to enter either a case number or a last name to search with.It seems like the only option to find leads on my own in Wayne County is to reference the newspaper each week and document the names of people that pass away, then search for them over a period of time on the county's computer system.This option isn't very appealing to me, and feels downright morbid.Is there any other way to find the names or case numbers of filings that I can use to search the system to obtain my own probate leads?
