@Anthony Testino Perhaps there is opportunity to use crypto assets as collateral / getting crypto backed loans - however, fees high and the usual caveats about crypto etc etc but you usually do not have to sell your crypto to borrowCompanies already doing this/or serving as lending platforms :  SALT, Unchained Capital ,BlockFi

I am new to this site but very familiar with most forum software platforms. 

My partner and I will be investing in that platform in the future.

I plan on switching to another platform after these next round of leases are up.

@Andrew Taylor As @Mike Verna says, the thing about the smaller units is that there are many more of them on the STR platforms, so there is a lot of competition.

I also have access to my 401k which I have basically saved to use as the starting platform for my investing. 

Work with another investor, invest in an online crowdfunding real estate platform or house hack or better yet all 3.

I have no connection to the platform; they focus somewhat on AirBNB.Assuming the BP censors don't pull this down...

I am going to check out the RentRedi platform though and possibly start using that portal since Pro members get a discount.
