What glitters is not always gold.

Here's what I picked up:The fridge is a Whirlpool Gold about 8 months old.

If you put in the time to sift through it all, you can find so much information here that is worth gold - literally.I had been learning for over a year and even put in three or four offers when I stumbled across a posting on the BP Marketplace.

IOW, the harder it will be to bring you to court, the more an attorney is going to ask for as a retainer (after all, he's going to have his work cut out for him), and the less likely the gold-digging tenant is going to be able to pursue his make-believe case.

Also, buy some gold bars and take them to Germany and keep them locked away. p.s.

This is a fun situation to think through, because options are like a stream flowing with bits of gold . . . we just need to sift through to find the nuggets!

That's a great friend, he definately gave you a pot of gold.
