Just like you observed (read alot at least) what is going on here at BP, you will have to do some observing at the REIA too.

I'm sure there are many who have closed deals from YL campaigns but from my observation on BP, it appears generally that the majority of investors receiving responses from those campaigns are dealing with non-motivated leads.

Waiting till 2014 can give a different perspective, observing 2013 is a very good business decision for now!!

I don't believe most wholesalers work with agents (if a wholesaler can get a deal without an agent, they eliminate the agent's commission from the pricing, significantly lowering the sale price and doing a lot to eliminate the problems with high pricing you mention) and that's why I wasn't "getting" your observations on reputation.

Freight trains are longer and slower moving from what I have observed.

The sheriff sale is a good place to observe and meet other investors as well.
