That is why I am holding back until it’s fully stabilized and I can maximize the LOC.

I just wanted to chat with someone, not on a public forum, about what I can and can’t do, what restrictions I can place…to get the best possible tenant into my freshly remodeled house.Lastly, I obviously want to maximize my return.  

I'd suggest MFR to maximize cash flow and minimize expenses.

Whether you're a cashflow or appreciation investor or short term or long term, we're all trying to balance risk tolerance with our ability to maximize/accelerate real estate accumulation. 

You need to find a way to maximize those dollars not have them tied up in just one investment. 

If you want to maximize your dollars it won't be in the ridiculously high priced buildings in New York. 

Or I get to wait for someone to accuse me of harming the investor by not maximizing recovery, or harming the shareholders....and after all that, you really think a bank is just gonna do some side deal with some yahoo that walked in off the street because we had a beer together?

We understand it's likely will be losing money every month, even with it rented out, but we would like to maximize our rental profit.
