I painted the entire home, replaced the carpets, power washed the decks and exterior of home.

Some window and door screens need to be replaced9) Substantial damage to the tile on the back patio10) Detected mold-like substance in laundry room and bathrooms.

And when I do I rock that homemade (by mom) face mask that gets washed daily, plus use that hanitizer and frequent hand washing.

For the smoke, wash the walls and ceilings with TSP and warm water.

And the border stones were locked in with stone dust and cement 3 to 1 mix dry packed and rolled with a vibratory drum roller . ( packs better than a little plate tamper)  Cracks filled with a 2 to 1 mic of wash sand and hydraulic cement dry packed .  

In the past month the tenants have had various complaints and 2 weeks ago stated that the refridgerator and the washing machine no longer works.

We have 12 units all are 2 bed 1 bath and a full basement with private laundry hookups. 

Often the interior door to the garage enters through a laundry room, mud room, or kitchen.

The Auction.com process was that I got a Special Warranty Deed, basically allowing the bank to wash their hands of any knowledge of the property during the process.
