I would love to learn more about analyzing deals efficiently and networking in general.

Although, not the most energy efficient window, it does give a great look to older home!

You really need your business to be zero-defect, efficient and high touch before you acquire as those owners will be looking carefully whether to stay or go. 

Overall, it creates some efficiency and convenience and lowers employee costs for handling the mail.

I don't have the time or energy to knock on doors every month to attempt to collect rent, or worry about crime.

I tend to be a person that works much better/efficiently with one or more people to bounce ideas off of.

@HAILEY ERSKINE Why not pursue purchase money mortgages...no banks, no credit checks...your energy and cash outlay needs to be focused on marketing, not looking at MLS deals through an agent...or buying retail property...

In my experience I didn’t notice windows lowering the  energy costs much, certainly not to the point that they were a good investment by energy standards related to heat bills .

I'm pleased I made the jump and understand the process now because the buy is actually very simple and efficient, I had control over the offer in real time, and the final price was way below market for the size and quality of property. 

I prefer the efficiency of looking online.Get your money ready!
