Hello all,I have asked my broker to help find a builder's risk policy in Dallas and I'm being told it's "impossible".

I think my insurance broker (AAA) was able to rig it somehow that one is considered my primary residence and the second a vacation home.

We currently use Podio, but we hired a developer to customize it further, tailoring it more closely to our systems and processes.If you are just starting out, you could use the basic Podio template and continue customizing it over time.

Sales are going to stay slow due to people not wanting to lower prices.As a realtor and broker, you know people think their house is worth 300k even though they bought it for 100k 5 years ago and dont want to sell for 225k, which is the same mortgage payment with 3% @300k vs 6% @210k.

I thought about calling the listing broker directly, or asking my realtor to do it.Any thoughts or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Hi @Jackson Sincerbeaux,As a mortgage broker, I have noticed increased DSCR loan volume for purchases and refinances, at least for myself.

I know this is a rather basic question, but I'm curious.As an investor, how do you refer to yourself in your email correspondence with realtors and brokers, etc as your title?
