Silver has gone up 51.28% the past 30 days which is pretty wild - I'm amazed the stock market has chugged to almost 27,500 again after that correction - I know the money printing plays a part; I find the bull market to be overdone.

I've always had a wild hair to convert an old building to loft style apartments but after analyzing the area and the necessary construction to convert I don't believe this is a viable option.

And see my post above how I went about this with a 50 lot Project in Oregon that had 50s CCR's it was pretty wild really.. but came down to a title company that was willing to insure around the CCRs it can happen

@George Rodriguez No one can predict the future and therefore no one should expect a huge number of foreclosures. 2020 has been a wild ride but real estate hasn't been affected that much.
