I actually just learned about biggerpockets.com a few days ago on Youtube.  

Dear BP aficionados, I have never heard of the BP YouTube channel until podcast #30. 

I decided to youtube videos that would help me learn about investing and stumbled upon bigger pockets podcast.

I'm digging the transformation.

I've done quiet a bit of research which include webinars, podcast, YouTube, and just some good old hard cover books, but even with all that information I'm finding it rather challenging to actually start making some deals happen.
