Turns out most of the water was for flushing toilets at 7.6 gallons per flush with the old toilets, and I counted between 6 to 8 flushes a day, costing the dollar.

so an old park in WV to me as a new buyer who is looking to keep it running Is not worth what most sellers are going to think its worth.. 250k to be fair was 40k remodeling the house.. but by the time I ran in new utls power meters demo'd trailers re surface roads new water lines etc etc.. it just adds up..

There will be a little bit of touch up work needed to cover and repaint nail holes in the walls (she did the place out really nicely but there are a lot of pictures and decor up on the walls) Other than that there is no damage that I saw when I had to go in a couple of weeks ago to repair a leaky toilet valve.My question is this.
