If the process server can't find him, you'll have to ask the judge to proceed since the tenant hasn't been notified.

Because of our jobs, bartender and server, we want to have housing in place before making the move ourselves. 

It was a loooooong process as the judge went back and forth with Sheriff servers and process servers to ensure the owners had sufficient time and notice.

I've done this on serveral properties now and it works great. 

File the eviction immediately and pay for a process server (NOT the sheriff) and pay for personal service. 

I put the A/C units in the storage shed because it was winter time and they server no purpose other then letting cold air in through the gaps on the side of the units.
