To control an entire ground termite colony at the source try buying the least expensive bait steaks at your local hardware store they will kill the colony just follow the label and use the diatomaceous earth in conjunction, I say least expensive because they all contain the same ingredients so why pay a premium.

Landlording is the simplest to understand and get into no question about it.. and the BRRR done right is the way to scale as quick as possible... this is a relationship business as well.. work as hard on your contacts and credit facilities as anything..then enjoy.. although I don't subscribe to the financial freedom mantra nothing was free building your portfolio and when you own a substantial portfolio you need to stay on point to keep it chugging along especially those with 30 to 50 SFR's that they own and self manage.. its just a job that includes working for yourself..

If you could change some legislation or tax loophole that incentivised the landowner to give away more of their piece of the pie you may have better luck, but like J Scott said, i'm sure youd have no shortage of customer interested in something new, but i think you'd be short on investors chomping at the bit to build something like this.Maybe i'm being naive or missing the point, but if i'm following along correctly it seems like this is the missing ingredient in my opinion.
