@Scott Passman I agree with your sentiment.

I echo the sentiment of felllow BP member.  

The site as a whole has rather a strong sentiment against paying for education.

Not sure many others feel our sentiment though haha.. oh well.. potentially untapped market

I am a real estate attorney from Houston, Texas and think this website is a great resource for initial research in unknown areas and a great way to gauge community sentiment about a topic.  

@Brian G. my sentiments exactly.  

I could work with it for weeks or months and not get "used to it" simply because the features I have come to depend on are not there at all.I agree with much of Jerry's sentiment about the mobile experience (Chrome mobile on android is what I typically use).

You would never work on one of my jobs, and I imagine that most experienced investors on this site would agree with that sentiment.

Chiming in with my 2 cents, I am in agreement with the general sentiment that solar power does not currently make sense on a small rental unit.
