I am new to real estate , i just purchased my 1st rental house in fort worth, and made it available for renting for about $2100 , i am getting lot of section 8 / voucher's for the house, although i am interested in renting to to section 8 ,  i am confused on what are the minimum income criteria should i look for  ? 

Many investors get into multifamily and rent it out to section 8 tenants.

What they didn’t realize (and their agent failed to communicate) was that the home was surrounded by Section 8 housing and neighbors were walking through the property multiple times per day.

Have you considered posting it to the FilePlace section of the site?

I don't mind getting no heat/no ac calls, plumbing leaks, section of a fence blows over, etc. 

Outside of those bubbles, New Haven struggles a lot with poverty, crime and homelessness and the city is far from straightforward to work with.I’ve struggled at essentially every property with rent collection except for properties where I had all Section 8 tenants.

However ... my apartments are full of students, section-8, subsidized and otherwise.
