These policies always weed out competition, ultimately backfiring on the very people they are intended to protect.I’ll invest as always in CO, and while I won’t vote for people who push such policies, I’ll keep investing, knowing that more government prevents the market from working and introducing supply long-term, limiting my competition and driving up rents and demand from quality tenants ever faster.

A condo shouldn't be too expensive to furnish and design and you'll drive a higher ROI.  

Save your money when ever possible and use the banks to stay safe. 

I really see Columbus Ohio as an extremely safe bet for the next 10-20 years.

However, I'm currently based in CA, and we pay a pretty penny of our post-tax money to vacation in Airbnbs over the summer so that's one (personal) benefit to purchasing one, and I would like to be able to visit the property relatively easily (ie. by driving there).

So I have 30 parking spots and really should have 60 spots to be safe for the type of business that is renting. 

Invest in what you know, in what drives your personal investment success, and what you have a passion for. 

The property is about 3 hours drive from my primary residence and I go there once or twice every week to work with my contractors to coordinate and manage the renovation.
