An interesting case rose in the state of California this year regarding a bankruptcy lawyer who utilized DocuSign for many official legal documents.

Since I have access to a high-throughput color printer, it occurred to me that printing out creative tri-fold "self-mail" pieces (no envelope, sort of like a brochure) might be something worth trying.

@Jacque Fairbourn, kudos on getting your clients to beg borrow or steal the $3k YOU require up front (yes that's right, up front - "a rose by any other name"), when THEY were already told they'd be getting 100% financing!...

However, I will say that when you have colleges providing "safe spaces" for people to be protected from opposing viewpoints, Play Doh and coloring books because the wrong candidate won an election and emergency counseling funds released for people who had to go the atrocity of seeing political graffiti written in chalk on the sidewalk (all of these and many more events like them have actually happened), I would say in general we are raising a generation weak, entitled brats.
