Have you called any roofers to see if they offer that?

If I show up and someone says they need a roof I give them my roofer's number and tell them to call me if they have any other issues or want the names of other trustworthy subs.

I’m still mending relationships 4 years later because parents were involved and all.

This January, we get a message from them that the roof is leaky and  after having given a 24h notice we arrange for a professional roofer to inspect the roof two days later.My husband shows up at the house with the roofer and one of the sons comes out and tells my husband that he can't come in but only the roofer.

Same with finding roofers - go to the roofing supply house and a lot of times they have cards up on the bulletin boards there.

I am hiring roofers on behalf of a small condominium complex to fix several areas of the roof where some water is leaking.

I have a made contractor who does cosmetic stuff for interiors, but to find the roofer, electrician, plumber etc I searched everywhere: personal recommendations, thumbtack, craigslist, google, the county's list of licensed contractors.

One rehabber will do a roof for $8k while another can do one for $5k because they have a roofer who cuts them volume deals, etc.As a wholesaler my job is marketing for deals, providing good info to the buyers, and letting them decide on a price that works for them. 

I operate in the western burbs in Berwyn, Cicero and Lyons which can be even worse than Chicago, but it is amazing how certain plumbers, electricians or roofers always pass their inspections....

All of the roofers were very busy during this time due to the increased business from the wind.
