Their belief there was that renters are scum and are the cause of the world problems and they didn't want any of those scumbag renters in their development.I also studied all the condos almost the entire county and ranged them by the costs of the monthly HOA fees.

The government stepped in and offered subsidized rates as I guess they thought it was better than taxpayers bearing all the burden of disaster relief, but instead the lower rates promoted more development in flood-prone areas, and there was no limit on claims, so some homes had multiple claims yet still paying low rates.

I am leaning more towards the section 8 program as the applicant has more to loose i.e. a subsidized payment, required up keep of the property in compliance with the housing authority guidelines, and my belief that the tenants will stay for a period of time considering that there are limited 4 bed rooms like my place that is affordable.Davian
