Getting strong buyers

Im in the essex county area of nj, im just looking for some strong buyers to flip some great deals to,,just tired of wasting so much time and energy.

Get a title report for all purchases in your target market for the past year.

Then any names that show up more than once and any LLC's, INC's etc keep those filter out the rest.

You now have a list of actual buyers who buy for sure in your area. The more they show up, the bigger they are.

I was struggling with a deal recently my top buyer in one market was not offering me the price I thought I could get in my new market. I ran this report, they only purchased three in six months. While another big dog has purchased 12, guess who I contacted next.
