Recently became a 1income household with alot of musical bills associated with that.

My thoughts on Desert Hot Springs is that it is closer to Joshua Tree and during music festival season you'll get an uptick in demand from those looking for places that are easy access to Joshua Tree and the festivals while being close to Palm Springs.

The best advice I have is to stop listening to music - listen only to podcasts while you drive.

Which is fine... til the market changes and inventory increases - when the music stops it will go back to location, location, location.  

I wanted to create a thread where people can discuss and exchange their ideas on the "create" part.When I think of creating in this context, I think of something that provides royalties, like making music or writing books vise a business that would fall into the earn or invest pillars.
