That may have been overdramatic, but essentially, I don't want you to just believe what someone said on a forum and make it law, because many things are federally mandated, but your state may vary on what coverage is needed be it full time or part time employee.

Obviously, there are limits to how one can go about this, but that's the mandate, in a sense.But as to your question about families owning four properties each: The number of people who want to be landlords and are as crazy as we are to love this stuff, is relatively small.
