Thus I entered REI 5 years ago.I"m a strong believer in the BRRRR method, and am comfortable with the extra leverage....to help wealth grow faster.So, I'm looking for fix and hold rental properties that will earn 10% to 20% IRR.

Does anyone have any knowledge in investing in ICO's (Intial Coin Offerings) I am considering it as a method to raise capital to later invest in Real Estate.

My hope and dreams is to partner with people who are passionate about design and building construction methods.

But before I play "repo man" i'd do the following: Know my State's Repo Laws....If needed consult with a lawyer.Make sure the Debtor Is in Default ....Have all the paperwork in order.Locate and Verify the Car.Choose the Method to Repossess ....Contract with a tow company rather than taking the risk of rolling up in a U-haul pickup and snatching someone's ride!!!

IE wholesaling but that takes money and major sales skills.. and a market that has a lot of excess inventory and rental inventory.. it really depends on where your living and working.. all the guru training materials say just about the same thing there is nothing brand new .. just the same methods or schemes repackaged and regurgitated to enduce those who want it all now and are willing to pay for fast track.think MLM..

@joseph M. did mention to me the BRRRR method, Buy, Rent out, Rehab, Refinance, Repeat so that you can get your downpayment back out of the property to recycle on another property.

Not quite sure if thats a sound method or not, but I figured that I'd rather put my rent money into my asset column, rather than into my landlord's asset column.
