I thought that subrenting 100% of the property was not allowed by the Spanish legislation, but I am not sure if there is any specific clause that actually makes it possible.As of other strategies, I know that student rental at more premium prices and qualities is working well.

What I also see is a signal that the build-to-rent model is still deemed (by the NC authors of this faulty legislation) viable in NC, since this bill explicitly states, "purchase a single-family home" as opposed to "build or purchase a single-family home".

I heard there is possible legislation moving towards having non-owner occupied ADU's + JADU in the future.

They provide seminars, monitor legislation and specific court cases, etc.

However, I'm hoping additional legislation will continue to lower the fees.
