How we handle international folks is the same process as US based people. 

And sorry folks. 

You can always pick those up after the lease ends via a judgement in court - you will have the same odds of collecting unpaid rent (close to 0).Sometimes we take it personally when folks do stuff like pay late every month - landlords live longer when we learn to not take things personally.

But I suspect, regardless, the mid-term market is not a place for adding expensive amenities; those folks are typically on a strict budget and staying long term; the budget and often, proximity to the purpose for their visit drives booking decisions.

I don't see a different way for current entry level folks to afford a house. 

They have a bunch of locations around the Springs, and co-working spaces can be a great way to get flexible office space without the huge commitment.Just my two cents, but I'd love to hear what other folks in the Colorado Springs market are experiencing. 

I will be in Las Vegas for the week of 5/13 and will have flexibility to meet a few folks! 

What would you folks suggest i should be aware of?

I am sure there are some folks that just don't use them but I put the info in the listing so folks don't need to pack a ton of kitchen stuff for a 5 day stay.
