On page 162 (of the PDF, not sure of the printed version) I see that the gray box is overlapping the page number. 

Stand alone closet space is also a gray area but I wouldn't accept that as a bedroom, especially if they are trying to get a 3 bed price out of a 2 bed home.

Some people might like it like this to use the gray area to access a few extra acres but I'm not that kind of person.

Other notes: cabinets - white, counters- charcoal.I do not like gray, I know everyone says gray, but it's far too depressing and unimaginative for my taste, no offense intended.

Typically, we use Benjamin Moore colors "Modern Gray" with a contrasting warm white color for ceilings.
