In an STR there is a kitchen so meals can be made.

I mentioned maybe they want to find someone local and take them for a nice 30 dollar meal and see where that gets you first.30 bucks, 15,000, 30 bucks, 15,000....

I'm sure they'd be grateful for a takeout meal on their landlord and it eases the burden of making a meal without a stove (and fewer dishes to wash by hand), even if for one evening.

Those residents have regular home health care visits and the homes are equipped or oxygen, medical monitoring, access by contracted professionals (meal delivery, nursing, physical or occupational therapy),etc. the residents have private bedrooms and bathrooms but share living and dining areas. 

They have a lot of different types of events in the greater Charlotte area some free, some not, and some simply require that you support the host location by buying a meal.

But hey, they got some nice freeze dried meals for the next 20 years. 

Our dining facilities on base (which offer free meals to juniors/dirt cheap meals to seniors) are habitually becoming more and more empty with individuals choosing to spend money daily at burger king, subway etc. 

We have different rates per trade (plumbing rate is different from electrical trade), our price is measured in hourly basis, so it is simply plugging in the hours and material costs for a line item, however, our price has already our profit, overhead, gas, meals, management fees and etc.

This said- follow the law because signing a home over to someone when you do not have the authority to sign is the first step to 3 square meals a day in your brick cell.
