We figured the septic permit from the county would be sufficient - but turns out our foundation quote/budget was way too low due to soft soil.We're trying to figure out if we can get the land under another type of financial instrument and continue with the RV plans without putting a home on the property. 

We built out our own portal and accounting database for that functionality because we were not finding good software that could handle a higher volume of receipts AND tie it in with the rental property accounting. 

We added $40K-$50K refinishing the hardwood floors, removing wallpaper, painting walls and updating the kitchen & bathroom with new cabinets, adding granite countertops and creating a BEAUTIFUL dining room off the kitchen that was wasted space as an enclosed porch, and also added french doors leading out to a newly-built pre-finished deck we added so the new owners could enjoy their gorgeous fenced in backyard.

I've had several in my house have issues and most recently replaced my built-in microwave.
