Go to the introduction form and say hi, you may have neighbors that will notice you there.I'd say you can and I'd think they would recognize the term up there, I don't cross borders with my advice, but from what I see on here things are basically very similar. :)

If you go close to Canada or maybe the northern VT border you will find those kinds of numbers but not in a nice tourist area like you are in.I will say that $200K sounds a little high, $180K is more in the ballpark with those rents.
