Remember to choose what best fits your current company set-up and to try other options for agencies/sites before completely shutting down the idea of hiring virtual staff.

If you plan on doing any fix & flip or 5+ unit investing I would look for agencies that do both Business and Personal Insurance.

For myself, that sounds like something I'd personally enjoy at this point in my life, but maybe not for aging in place (early 50s here).

You also probably took your courses before fully realizing that had you spent a few hundred dollars and attended a real estate school for agents in your area you would have learned your state laws, what was customary in your area, how to value properties, the RE law side as to easements, encumbrances, deeds, different liens, etc. that are the basis for any and all RE transaction known to mankind.

This is pretty much what they put out in the intro classes for agents. :)
