You also probably took your courses before fully realizing that had you spent a few hundred dollars and attended a real estate school for agents in your area you would have learned your state laws, what was customary in your area, how to value properties, the RE law side as to easements, encumbrances, deeds, different liens, etc. that are the basis for any and all RE transaction known to mankind.
