Newbie from Southern Oregon

Hey how's everyone doing? Hey there everyone I'm Austin and I'm from a small town in the rogue valley of Southern Oregon. Brand new to investing in real estate, well aside from our primary residence that me and my wife own. I have always loved the idea of buying, owning, and selling real estate, but have never wanted to act on it. I ultimately want to have long term investments properties as well as be able to flip and sell houses. One of the main reason real estate appeals to me so much is how many avenues there are to take. I have done some reading over the past few months including "the ultimate beginners guide to real estate investing" (great book by the way), but recently have become obsessed with listening to the podcasts here on BP as well as reading the forums. I look forward to being active on the forums.i apologize in advance for any stupid questions I have as well as thank everyone for their input and advice. The adventure begins!!!!
