There are internal things within the system such as adding and deleting properties, making price changes, private comments for other brokerages and agents that are not meant for the public etc.There is a reason the public does not have full MLS access.

You only have 14 days to leave a review after a stay, they can't be added or deleted by the user, and I feel like you get a much better "view" of prospective guests.
