The criteria I have listed in my ad are a credit score greater than 650, no criminal/eviction history, and a monthly income greater than 3 times the rent.My first thought is to go with the first application received that is qualified to be most fair, however not sure if there is a better way of going about this.Any help is appreciated.Thanks,Wilson
