They could decide that capital gains is a good way to help pay that down.Everyone who contemplates this type of investing needs to calculate the best way to do it for themselves.

My #1 advice to people that are still in contemplating getting out is to make sure that all of your injuries are documented because the Army- military will surprisingly take care of you on the other end with disability.I didn’t even know what disability was- I thought the only perk of the military after you’re out was the GI bill, but I ended up getting medically discharged because my back and a few other things and I now have a retirement card that will allow me on any military installation just like your cac card.

I would budget between 2000 and 2500 per ton when contemplating submitting an offer for a rough estimate.

Also at 25% for their bookings (excluding our friends and family owner bookings) they are doing ok as we have not asked for discount for having 4 STRs (at least not yet - I have contemplated asking for a discount as I pay the same percentage as those with one STR).
