I recommend you do go out and talk to at least three brokerages and ask them what support and training they will provide, commission breakdowns, and what costs are they going to charge (usually a desk fee)?

I also used tripadvisor which I believe add a commission fee as well so I might look into that one again.

Doing this will generally save a lot on what would otherwise be spent on agent commissions, but remember that the lawyer is not your agent so once they draft it and advise you on how to proceed, it's basically up to you to complete the transaction by negotiating with the seller during the escrow, giving the escrow company the forms they need to proceed with everything, etc.

(WLUC) - After much debate, the city of Marquette has a new short term rental ordinance.By a 4-3 vote on Monday night, the city commission approved making short term rentals part of the zoning ordinance.There are a number of conditions.There is a limit of one rental property per 500 feet or roughly one city block.There would also be a maximum of 250 short term rentals in the city.
