Is there anyone in the area that is a provider of one of these services interested in renting a facility near the City Hall?

Any thoughts on the future of this neighborhood that is situated adjacent to Tremont and Ohio City, which have experienced a boom (read: gentrification)?

I'm working on building my down payment including repairs fund and have a good credit score above 750.I’m interested in buying a property near Kansas City, in markets like Topeka or Springfield, IL, but I’m open to other cities in the Midwest.

I have another real estate agent who suggested I look into land banks with my city.

. - if the city water pressure is low in your area you might need a fire pump which could double the cost of your sprinkler system.

I also hear a lot of how city of chicago is anti landlord on BP, I always tell clients don't buy in a bad area and it will not matter.

Tough fighting city hall.

The only thing that has occurred as sold to me was the amount of rent from the City of Memphis but we don't know if that will possibly change as well.I know I reached out for points of contact in the area for doing more transactions but at this point I think I'm done.  

i have plans at the city that are 2-3 weeks from approval. i'm a licensed GC and the house is going to be a 3/2 1100 sqft with comps in the 260's. for a construction id only need 100-110k, but the more i call banks the more im finding out that even 100-110k is "too small" of a loan.
